The Active Living Centre is governed by volunteer leaders who are formally organized into a Board of Directors. The Board functions within the Centre’s By-Laws and Policies to manage and carry out the day-to-day operations of the Centre. The Board is accountable to the Centre’s membership.
The Board meets at least six times during the year and holds an Annual General Meeting at the end of May every year.

The Board employs an Executive Director who carries out the directives of the Board. A contract worker does cleaning and maintenance.
